6tgirl Hi Crystal, I just received the Dr Martins Vonda II I had purchased from you. They are a size 6, not a size 7 as listed. Please help. I would like to return these for a full refund. Thank you.

crystalfinnegan @6tgirl I don’t know how that would happen. Can you take a pic of the size inside the tongue of the boot. I can’t wear a size 6 and don’t know why I would have listed them as 7 if they were six.

crystalfinnegan @6tgirl sorry, I’m not sure how to share photos on here. I would like to work this out I would not have intentionally marked it wrong.I’m not sure why you accepted the order if the size was wrong? You should contact Poshmark and let them know you think the size was misrepresented and share photos with them? If they feel that you are right I will definitely make it right and apologize, like I said before I would not have done that intentionally.

6tgirl @crystalfinnegan Yes, I was so happy to have them and they’re in great condition so I accepted without trying them on first. I’ve learned my lesson. I would not make this up; what would be the point? I contacted Poshmark and was able to send pictures. You’ll see when I send them back.
