candikiss3s @c_shepherd1987 your so welcome it’s been happening a lot “ Lately where it takes a while for the tracking formation to be updated in the posh system I noticed because I ship out Frequently on this platform and I make sure I always keep my receipt from the post office when I drop my packages off

candikiss3s @c_shepherd1987 I mailed it and have the receipt to prove it which means they scanned it. Once I receive a receipt and the post office has it it’s out of my control. I will be contacting Posh because something has to be wrong with their updates. Especially since I have a receipt showing it was scanned

candikiss3s @c_shepherd1987 hi I contacted posh again to find out what was going on and as of now it’s finally tracking when I shipped that Monday since you purchased Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused this was totally out of my control. I hate how the post office has been lately. Hope u enjoy ur item once you receive. Again sorry for any problems this may have caused you.

c_shepherd1987 @candikiss3s so I just wanted to let you know I still haven't received my item and it has been almost a month since I have ordered it I not sure what taking so long but I hope it on it way the tracking has been saying the same thing since April 6th so I not happy at all about this I have never had this much trouble when ordering something from poshmark

candikiss3s @c_shepherd1987 Yeah I really don’t No what’s going on because other day it seem like it was tracking but it said waiting for a package to be received a post office at this point I would say just refund your money sorry for the inconvenience I wish I had another to send out to u just For the inconvenience but I don’t so all I can do is say maybe just reach out to either posh or where your bank to get a refund
