There are no snaps to use if you want to shorten the sleeves.
I added a photo to show it cuffed. You would need to snap the Sleeve in the second snap to keep the strap from showing. See Last 2 pictures. I didn’t state in my listing where the sleeve measurements began. The sleeves are 28” from where the hood is attached to the sleeve and 18” from the underarm to the end.
