Hi luv yes true in fit. They are amazing. I think they have a little room because of the sheep lining and once you wear them it relaxes to your foot. Which is great! โบ๏ธ

They are two flexible arches and bounce back. I just didn't want you to be alarmed.

@crystallong00 perfect timing for her!! I just wanted to make sure you also read the description... There is a small spot on the bottom of the mat, just a stain, not sticky or anything. But apparently one of my kids threw some silly putty under there and i didn't know it for a while. It doesn't affect the product whatsoever, just wanted to make sure you knew that.
