mde3 This is my review of my negative experience in dealing with @couturecrystals. I purchased 2 items and neither item was ever sent. Both transactions were cancelled several weeks later either due to seller not responding or seller claiming the item was damaged. @couturecrystals also completely ignored my messages. I only heard from Poshmark that refunds were being processed. Basically, ZERO communication from @couturecrystals while I carried the outstanding balances on my credit card for weeks.
