crystawn I want to first off say I'm sorry for not knowing the circumstances with the holdup with the delivery. My mother is a breast cancer survivor so I know what your going through. I pray that she gets well soon and you get a life without cancer with your mom. I understand now why my shipment was delayed, please do not apologize for that, when you go to check you will see on the 15th it was fully paid for, my prayers going out to you. Looking forward to the beautiful package.

crystawn @crystalfullmore idk its stuck at the Raleigh distribution center been there since the 10th. emailed them this morning. said there is a problem with processing, so an exception was placed on it. calling 1st thing tomorrow.

crystawn @crystalfullmore idk, I have had other packages been delivered within the last week and this is first package its happened to. They were all Poshmark as well. I hope they didnt lose it. dont worry i am looking into it, and will definitely let you know when I talk to them in the morning. I'm so sorry about this, I know its not your fault.

crystalfullmore @crystawn I have never had this happen either . On my end the tracking says it sat in several cities for several days at a time. I have also sent 11 packages after I sent yours and they were delivered fine . Thank you so much for checking with the postal people I appreciate it very much .

crystawn @crystalfullmore I contacted them already under problems with delivery and put both our names in, and shipping number, and item, and everything the USPS alert said. I wrote them yesterday morning so hopefully tomorrow they'll get in touch, but I'm calling USPS. AT 8 AM. Ridiculous. Said there was a problem with processing, whatever that means, we'll get it straightened out. 😊

As a seller yes it concerns me as to what happened. as I buyer I know you are frustrated like where is my package! I sell on other sites as well and I have my own business . I rely on the post office I am at the post office daily and I have never ever in my life had this happen . very odd. I am thinking it's covid related. I have faith that the issue will be solved tomorrow 😬

crystawn @crystalfullmore wanted to let you know I got in contact with the postal service. They said someone had already opened up a case on it, meaning someone had called the USPS. It wasnt me, so it must have been Poshmark looking into it, said they have the service number. But it is still in Raleigh, and a service call has been put out.

crystawn @crystalfullmore got a email from Poshmark stating that if I have not received anymore updates from them by the 24th then to respond back to them through the email that they sent me. They said then they will assist with next steps...and that they have a solution in place in the event that there are no more tracking updates. 🤦‍♀️ This is crazy.

crystalfullmore @crystawn I got an email from poshmark also that said there is an issue with Routing. They said to contact them on the 17 th if it hasn't been delivered. I. going to call the post office in North Carolina. I also have a dashboard thru the post office because I have a business. I checked my dashboard and it has in Red letters ALERT , then it says processing error. I don't know what happened but I am going to call the post office tomorrow.

crystalfullmore @crystawn Wow , I know exactly what this is and I asked the post office to black out the other label as I had forgotten about it and I noticed it when I went to the post office . I asked the woman to mark it out , she said it was fine the way it was . I know exactly what you are talking about . This is my fault. I feel really bad about this I am super sorry. If you ever purchase from me again I'll send you some gifts ♥️. This was a huge lesson to me. My deepest apologies 😔

I am not at home so I wasnt able to look at or in box but I do know it arrived in one piece.
