csales01 @dortheem I dropped it off and tracking shows that USPS received the parcel. The last tracking update shows “arriving late”.

msmarkdown Hi. I noticed that you rated me 4 stars for cleanliness. I am obsessed with sending immaculate items. You purchased an item that was not used so I am just curious what the problem was and if something occurred in shipping. I am truly sorry. I wish you would have messaged me prior to giving me a poor rating. Again, I apologize for anything that was not pristine coming from my closet.

csales01 @onlyluvisreal Hi yes I rated a 4 because there were fingerprints on the foundation samples and makeup smudges inside and outside the box.
