Thanks for your interest. My biggest worry is, what if the disclosed brown color doesn't come off? It will not sit well with me at all. As such, l will rather you find something else to bundle it with and tell me what you think is fair to you. So, l will go ahead and decline for now, okay?

@cynciarc I see your logic but the disclosures tend to serve as a make up for shortfalls. Unless it is brand new, there is likely to be some shortfall somewhere. For me, anything less than a perfect score feels like a failure as l do ny best to please first. Your satisfaction means a lot to me. Thank you so much for doing the right thing. You rock!

@4winwin I wanted to let you know that Let the shoes air out until today then cleaned them and put them on. I noticed they were very snug. I checked for the size and the green ones clearly showed that they were a size 8M. I am a size 9 and the shoe was listed as a size 9. I won'rt change my rating, but now I own these shoes that I can't wear. I guess this is now a lesson for me to insist that I see the shoe size before a purchase.

@cynciarc So sorry l missed the size! l matched it up with another one. l'd have backed out of your offer a 2nd time and pull it. l'd advised you it needed care to get the possibly dye out. With no surprises or disagreement, all it needed was, "l'm not satisfied". Nobody has ever aired out my stuff-men's shoes too. You said you aired out the "net styled" Ballerines. l'll apologise too. l'll refund. Discard it with the free shoe l added. All my attempts to satisfy you failed. l'm very sorry!

@4winwin Isn't this a private conversation between us? I didn't say you did it on purpose. I love the shoes, they're just the wrong size. I was letting you know. When I said I let them air out, it was to say that I let them sit for 24 hours without touching them which is what they tell us to do with packages these days. It was also to explain why I hadn't noticed it sooner.

With trying to fit all into 500 characters l omitted some things. With all due respect, prior to me reluctantly accepting your 2nd offer., l also did give you the option to add something and indicate a discount rate you'd want, just to guarantee you'd end up pleased later. Again, those well-meant proactive intentions fell short. l've learnt. l'm so sorry!

Big sigh of relief here! No it isn't private. The only thing that' l think is private, is person to person offer and counter offer. You have to try and be clearer. This is one good. Posts could be misinterpreted by any or all. l did. l've been down, thinking you're quietly conveying that it was for the other reason that you aired it out. l knew it couldn't have been but l was being polite.
