@4ever29 I wore all of those and I wore a women's size too. I am so sorry about this. I am willing to do whatever. I can send it later likecI said or I can do a refund then I will need to repost the shirt and jeans and you can put those in a bundle again. I will sell them to you for the same price. I just want you to be happy. I have sold a lot of stuff and I have never had this happen before...😞😱

@4ever29 So which would you rather I do? I could wear it and I used to wear a size 16 to 18. Now I am a 10 and I could still wear it. The way it stretches and the way it is cut it fits a lot of sizes.

hey, I just saw that your package just started tracking. I am so sorry. I don't understand why, I took your package to the post office on Saturday. I took 4 more packages today to another post office. Those packages started tracking before yours that I took on Saturday. All I can say is I am so sorry that your experience with me has been difficult. I truly have never experienced this before. Please forgive me...😱😊

@suzannesj I received my package today but am a bit disappointed with the jeans. I have a pair of New York & Co. Soho bootcut jeans that are a size 12 that fit me great, actually can tend to be a littke lose after a day of wear. The jeans I received from you are very tight & I could barely get them up. Are yiu sure these are a Women's size 12???

@suzannesj also the listing stated NWOT, these have definitely been worn and washed. I could smell the Detergent on them as soon as I trued them on.

@4ever29 I washed them so they would look and smell fresh from where they had been stored from where I lost weight.
I am so sorry that you are not happy. Maybe they have started cutting them different. That pair is probably well over 6 years old.

@suzannesj I finally got a chance to measure the "size 12" jeans you sent me. The inseam is 28 inches (the inseam fir petite is 29 & below), the waist is 30 & the length from the waist to the crotch at the zipper is only 8 inches which is also more like a petite. I will be contacting Customer Service about this issue

@4ever29 I am not sure what it is that you are accusing me of or what it is you want me to do for you. I can not help it that the jeans don't fit you the way your other ones do. I have bought jeans from the same manufacturer myself and they fit different. All I can say is that I bought them from New York & Company and I did wash them to freshen the smell from being packed up.

@4ever29 I have an elderly mother to take care of. I had also told you that I thought the other pair I had were 12 petite and they are. The pair you bought are not petite but maybe they are misized. I don't know what I can do about it. I wish I could tell you how many times I have purchased things online that I didn't like the fit. But I never blamed the person I bought it from.
