donnadix Hello. I purchased the Loft denim blouse with flowy sleeves. The post office states I owe $18.00 postage due. I have sent an email to Poshmark asking for their assistance. Do you have any idea why the post office is stating there is an additional $18.00 due on a blouse I already paid $6.49 postage? Thanks. Donna 8-9-18

donnadix @csmithjewels Hello. Poshmark responded to my inquiry about postage due. They stated that it could be either the blouse was mailed in the wrong box or envelope OR it was too large of a package weight-wise. I imagine it was the incorrect package. 😩

houseofsmithco I just emailed them and read them the riot act. On the tracking it says it says they wouldn't leave it because it wasn't secure. If it doesn't resolve can you refuse it and it will get sent back to me and I can just send it myself? Do you have it or is it at the PO?

donnadix @csmithjewels Hi, I left a check for $18 for USPS to collect today when they pick up 2 other boxes. Hopefully USPS will release the blouse to me . I hope the blouse hasn’t been sent back. Ugh
