shoe_ru Ma’am? Why wouldn’t you just return the boots to me for a full and complete refund as opposed to giving me an 80% rating because you bought the wrong size for your foot? I’d much rather have the boots back as I’ll have no problem selling them down to get an 80% rating for something that’s not my fault?
