Now I don’t understand why a package going from Baton Rouge to Ponchatoula (a 45 minute trip) has to go through New Orleans and take days!! Hopefully you will get it tomorrow. needraj @ladyjayne225 Thank you for your exceptional customer service! New Orleans is the main distribution center Ponchatoula. It’s weird right? I can have a package coming from Mandeville, 15 minutes away, and it’s going to go all the way to New Orleans first. Usually when a package leave New Orleans, it’s delivered the next day. I’m not sure why it wasn’t delivered today but we don’t need it til 2 weeks from today. Don’t worry, it will arrive soon. 😉
