threadyready Hi Cynthia, I just wanted to touch base with you about your Pikolino’s. I received a reminder message to ship them out however they went out with my shipping batch on Saturday... everything else in that batch has been delivered yet that package says pending USPS scan for some reason. I will definitely be looking into this and let you know what I find out! I’m so sorry for the delay! 😩

threadyready @kynthia7 you’re most welcome. You definitely hear back from me by the end of day. I will call the UPS store where I dropped it off. They don’t open until 8 am my time however. Hopefully it just went out unscanned. As soon as I have an answer, I’ll be in touch. 🌷

threadyready Hi Cynthia, so I just spoke with the Postal Service. It looks like it may have been split up from the other packages and possibly not scanned? They aren’t totally sure. But they do see it as in transit based upon the tracking number! That’s great news! 😀 Hopefully it will get to you anytime now. Please let me know if you don’t receive it within the next day or so? Again, I apologize for the delay. I guess sometimes this will happen according to the postal gal. 😕

threadyready Hi Cynthia. I have rather disappointing news. I’ve been constantly on the phone with USPS & UPS for the past few days trying to nail down your package & no one can give me a definitive answer as to where it ended up. It’s just lost. I figured out somewhere between 4pm & 7:30 pm that day it was lost. I’ve emailed PM letting them know the situation & asked what steps should be taken to resolve this. I am SO sorry Cynthia! 😩 Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.
