Hi there!! I just sold you your Louis Vuitton lock. I was very disappointed to see that you weren't happy with the package? I sell the locks that are authenticated and polished and send them in box with ribbon as a courtesy. Did your package come damaged? I'm concerned as I pride myself I customer feedback having 100%. How can I rectify this for you?
