grannystuff @goldendelta that was the first time I ordered the purse then Poshmark canceled the order because after the order was paid for it never shipped so THEY cancelled it. This time they contacted you again and it still took 5 days before I received a tracking number. So you shouldn't be upset

h_sunflowers I am very sorry that you feel the item does not match the description. That is why there are several pictures of the item posted. How could I have changed the description to match? Why such a low rating when it is the exact item, wrapped in tissue with a bow and a thank you note? It was even shipped the same morning you ordered it. I am at a loss. Please explain? I have had several sales and received all 5 star ratings.

h_sunflowers @grannystuff I promise you it is the exact same necklace that is on the mannequin. However, it is a jewelry mannequin and it stands 22" tall. I will go back and add that to my necklaces. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I am very sorry.
