cynthiartx @minromano I received your items today and there is a problem with both dresses. The blue dress has makeup all around the neckline as well as a large stain near the neckline. The hem of the green dress is pulled out. I rechecked your listings and there is no mention of these flaws. Neither dress is wearable in the condition I received them.

minromano @cynthiartx sorry to hear that. What I can do is you can keep the dresses, I will send you another necklace or anything you like for like $3, just check my closet. So I can get a label to ship to you. Yes, I will threw in a Nice gift ( another necklace??!!) too in addition to that. Or Poshmark will refund you the dresses if you send back, but you need to report the issue 1st to get approval.

cynthiartx @minromano thanks for being understanding. I would prefer to just keep the dresses and get a refund, you don't need to give me anything else. I think that's easier for both of us. I just sent an email to PM customer support asking how I do that. I want to make sure you get your money for the jewelry ASAP and I want to be refunded for the dresses.

cynthiartx @minromano I still haven't received a response from Poshmark customer service and in the meantime their system auto accepted the order and released all the funds to you. Needless to say I am quite upset. I have sent them another email, but very underwhelmed with their responsiveness. Doesn't seem to be a way to speak with a real person. I just want my $30 back. Sorry I gave you a one star, I will revise when and if I get my money back

cynthiartx @fashionfind1 you will get an email from Poshmark when the package is scanned at the Post Office, if you click on the tab that says my Purchase you will also see the tracking. I dropped the package at the post office a couple hours ago but the tracking won't show up until they scan it. I live in Plano so it's too bad we had to mess with shipping at all. You might get it tomorrow

boristhekat Hi - I was reading the comments re: "fake" Brahmin bag that you sold which was actually NOT a fake - I know it and so does anybody else who is familiar with Brahmin. I was curious as to how that worked out with Poshmark? I think they ALWAYS side with the buyer when it comes to authenticity. What a shame!

One of the photos on my Posh profile is me filming a segment for our NBC station on how to ID counterfeit bags. I included all this is my response to PM and they still sided with her.

cynthiartx @boristhekat I went to Poshfest this year and talked at length with the women who leads their authentication group about how ridiculous this was. My point to her was how can you charge to authenticate when you can't even ID a real Brahmin???? Basically, unless you have a receipt (which is much easier to fake than a bag) they will side with the buyer :(

boristhekat @cynthiartx I figured that. Unfortunately they can't authenticate the bag unless they start accepting all returns themselves so they just play it safe like on e--bay same thing. Even Mercxxx does the same. But it's so annoying to get accused of it when it's not true. Well hope the rest of your sales go really well!

cynthiartx @boristhekat Thanks, it was quite a while ago and no other issues since then. My one other super annoying case was also a bag. A Dooney that apparently wasn't the right shade of beige. I'm quite sure she was buying to resell and thought it was a rare color. Since then I don't list the color unless it's black or white!! I shared some listings for you :)

innerstatejt @cynthiartx yeah, I normally wear 33” and even some 32” fit, but this felt more like a 31” or a tight 32”. The pants themselves are in great shape but unfortunately they just don’t fit. Should we meet half way & do a partial refund? I can show you pics of how they fit & size compared to my other jeans if that helps. What do you suggest?

cynthiartx @innerstatejt I really appreciate your courtesy, but Poshmark doesn’t work like e🅱️🅰️y. Fit is not considered a valid return reason and there are no partial refunds. Your initial payment was made to Poshmark (not me). I received payment from Poshmark when you accepted the order and Poshmark deducted its 20% platform fee.

cynthiartx A case would have to have been opened and Poshmark decides based on reason if a refund will be given. Fit as a reason is usually denied. If it was approved, their process is the item is returned for a full refund.
