ashontegriner @cynthiadoby you could have asked to return the lock ... sounds like you just didn’t know what you were purchasing .. most people are aware that the lock attaches to a handbag and by the way the key was attached to the lock . You could see it couldn’t be opened unless you had the other key ... Again a return was available if you were unsatisfied
