cynleigh4 Hi-I just double checked and Poshmark does include Canada for shipping. The pants are a medium and feature an elastic back waistline with flat panel in front in case you want to tuck in a shirt or blouse. They have an 11 inch rise with slim fit on top and relaxed bottom. The other measurements include: 32 inch inseam 33 inch waist. I am anywhere between a 6 and an 8 in pants depending on the style and these pants are extremely flexible in fit due to elastic back waist.
