grlsea @cyndawstar UGH!! that is horrible. I am so sorry you experienced that! What I think is absolutely amazing about poshmark is that they seem to take that stuff pretty seriously and they most likely will refund you your money. Try and not let one bad apple ruin it for you! I sell charm bracelets, not Pandora... but you may like them. That is the nice thing about shopping through this site is that they handle claims and refunds etc, so it is handled by a third party :-)

grlsea @cyndawstar Usually they resolve cases within a 2-3 days.. however I have heard some people complaint that it has been taking a little longer than normal recently due to some updates in their programming and email system... I am not sure but just what I have heard through the "posh vine" :-) ... Hope it gets resolved for you!

I’m not feeling very confident since I had a posher cancel an order shortly after I made it and I never got a refund even though I sent email after email. I had no response at all. cyndawstar @terrilynn_03 the mail has been absolutely terrible. I’ve tracked packages that started out in NJ and went North to Connecticut before heading south again. More than one have gotten to MD and then kept going to Florida. I live in a small town on almost to Virginia on the Eastern Shore of MD. They now send all of our mail to Baltimore and then send it back to us. 6 to 8 hour round trip according to traffic.
