Hi lovely, i am so sorry you are unsatisfied with your shoes. In my description, I said that it was “faux suede”. There is no leather on these shoes, otherwise, it would’ve been a more expensive shoe. Only manmade materials were used. The photo also showed the crease in the shoe, which was because of the way the shoe was stored. I am so sorry you are not pleased! I have an average of 5 star ratings and there is nothing in me that would have wanted to give you a bad product. 🙁❤️

@faithcharissa thanks for replying but it wasn't the outer material that was the issue it was the cardboard under the faux suede which was dented in. It's not something you can fix or that even looks natural like any shoe crease. I assumed (my mistake) the suede was wrinkled because it was soft and would smooth out once worn, which is not the case. It wasn't started that the shoe was damaged during storage.

@mancruz I am so so very sorry about this. I strive to get all my customers the best items possible and for them to be made fully aware of any potential issues. The item was not damaged to my knowledge when it left me. The outer crinkle was there, but I did not see any other damage. This could have been my mistake, or it could have gotten damaged in shipping which has happened before.

@mancruz No just once, to you. I didn't receive a notice in my email that it had been sold, and I usually ship that day or the very next day. I just saw where you had purchased it and I feel terrible I overlooked it...I just left for a little two day vacay and will be back on Friday and I will ship it out with a bonus freebie for your patience.

Hello, you purchased the sperrys from me last week. i was checking on the shipping tracking and noticed that it says delivered and a note was left and labeled no secure location? im not sure what that means but i just wanted to inform you. thanks!

Sure! im not sure why but when i clicked on the tab that said shipping, the last updated note said this "Notice Left (no Secure Location Available), February 4, 2019, 3:38 pm, CHICAGO, IL, 60652'. It may just be still in route to you and is nothing but i just wanted to bring it to your attention because i havent seen this before.
