emolistyle @cindyann62 hi! It’s so exciting! When you make a sale, you will get a balance of what you’re owed in your pending section of your money. This money will be released to you once the buyer accepts the item! When an item is delivered, the buyer has 3 days to accept it or open a case for a return. When they accept it, you receive the funds! The funds can either be transferred to your bank or used for posh purchases.

emolistyle @cindyann62 hi! No trouble at all! You have to hook up your posh account to your bank account so you can transfer the money! If you click the money symbol on the top right of your account section, it should give you a prompt to set it up!

inspire_style @cindyann62 So, you can only offer discount shipping if you are the one making the offer. You can offer to your likers and it will give you shipping discount options, but if someone has made you an offer on an item, you can't discount the shipping unless you make a counter offer. I hope this explained it ok. Feel free to ask for more info haha 😁
