Hey there! I wanted to let you know that I shipped out your shoes shortly after you bought them... but for whatever reason, they are still displayed as “Pending USPS scan” on my Posh account and have not yet been shipped for some reason... All of the other orders I shipped that day have either arrived or are close to it... I will let you know if I get any more updates and I really apologize for the delay! I will try to get to the bottom of this!

I just wanted to apologize for the delay of your shipment. There was a bad snow storm where I live so I couldn’t drive to the post office to drop the shoes off. The roads should be fine by tomorrow so I’ll drop them then. Thank you for your patience!

Hello! I ordered the Black Biker boots the other day and wasn't sure about the Tan ones. I realized I loved the Brown ones I bought from you last year that I just bought the Tan too. 😀 They do have two different shipping address, but they are both for me. Thanks for the great shoes!
