sneakertree hey, I left a note in with the watch that for it to work you need to remove the little plastic piece that keeps it from turning on in transit or killing the battery while in storage. There is also video in the listing I posted after you asked me to make sure it worked. it was taken the same day. If something happened between then and getting to you I'm truly sorry but it was working perfectly the day I responded.
