roseglitter77 Hi! I am disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with Burberry's quality in general. I agree when you said it was not my fault and really wish you would reconsider your latest rating. You noted that all designer bags are cheap now (may be the case) but it was shipped fast, beautifully, even though Posh had to authenticate it and repackage, but all in all the rating would then apply to my customer service. I hope you feel I deserve more than 3 stars.
