I would have honestly accepted a return had it been you never Accepted your package prior to delivery rather than you giving me an unfair 1 star ratings . I apologized to you already that I am sorry that you already accepted the package before delivery . Honestly I would take my cloth back and sell for an even better price.

I did report it to you and got a reply from you , the very hour it occurred. . Had the measurements been accurate , and 3” bigger pit to pit is far from approximate when you consider your listing measurements. It’s a disappointing experience altogether. Customers rely on accurate measurements and descriptions. I would never have ordered the top if your listing measurements had been accurate at the time I viewed your listing. I too regret the outcome of this transaction.

You are not our first customer and won’t be the last , my assistant must have made a mistake that’s if the measurements you have is accurate. What I do is as a picture of the measurements and then approve a return request if you had not accepted prior to this whole situation. I want everyone who purchases from us to be happy but unfortunately it’s your fault that you accepted the package before delivery .

What would make me feel better, was to have purchased what you had posted in your listing. Those numbers would have fit.
Otherwise I would have never bought it knowing it was 3” wider on a flat measurement than you had posted. I’ll give it to someone who will be blessed by receiving a jacket that will actually fit them.
