refinedfrocks I am sooooo pleased to hear that it was nothing on my end that caused such a poor rating. Because your poor rating is reflecting negatively upon me, I would kindly beg that you go back and rate me on my performance. Though the shoes were ordered incorrectly, they were exactly what I stated they were, shipping was quick, and I even wrote you a little "love" vote, so would you please go in and rate me on my actual performance. I would be so very grateful and appreciative. Thank you!!

suzbeth807 Hi Cynthia, I’m so sorry hat you felt the cleanliness of the Pink Hat was not up to a (5) star rating. I launder everything I sell before listing it. I recall that hat being clean but smelling faintly of OxiClean or Febreze. What can I do to make up this to you? I would like you to be happy with your purchase. Again, I’m so very sorry that you were not happy with your order.
