retlasneleh Hi there! I bought your Pikolino boots back in the summer…was wondering if you had any proof of purchase for them at all? I only got to wear them 3 times and they completely fell apart last month after wearing them at work one day. I contacted the company but they have to have proof of purchase. I’m so disappointed. I thought I’d get a couple of years of wear out of them and not just 3 occasions. :(

coops_gizmo @retlasneleh - I would not know where to even begin to look for that, sorry. Not sure how that all happened, but if it is a manufactured defect, you would think they would stand behind the product.

retlasneleh @coops_gizmo I would have totally thought so also but they said they have to have proof and it has by be within 2 years of purchase. Pretty shoddy of them! I wouldn’t expect shoes from their company to completely come apart on my feet the way they did. I’ve had Walmart shoes hold up way better. Too bad! They were such good looking boots! Thanks for your response!
