poshcc1125 @kumquattree I got the cancellation email. Thanks. Hey, quick question. I am new to this and I only have a handful of items posted so far in "my closet", and no one has purchased anything from me yet. But, my question is, how do I know if someone purchases something from me?

kumquattree No problem for the question...I just started a few months ago myself. Keep refreshing the News link in the upper right corner. If someone buys something, it will show up there. If someone "likes" something that means you can give them an offer (with a discount) and they can do the same to you. All will show up in your news feed. To get your items selling, i suggest sharing them to the "Poshmark Parties" . It gets your listings looked at by more people.

kumquattree You are welcome! You can share to your followers or to a party using the share button on the bottom right on all the listings. Don't feel bad if your stuff doesn't sell fast. It is really unpredictable how things sell.By the way. I love Durham, NC! Miss the great restaurants!

poshcc1125 @kumquattree Thanks for telling me how to "share" my items. It was not obvious when I was trying to figure it out. I just saw that you live in Charlotte. I have not been there, but I heard it is a fun place to go and that there is an Ikea near there. I also love Durham, it is a fun place to live. When the pandemic is over, and you plan to visit Durham, I can show you around to some great places to eat or hear music.... we are hoping these places sustain the times.

poshcc1125 @kumquattree My apologies for asking you yet another question about "sharing to parties", but I cannot see how to do this. Arghh. There is a party today at 3pm called: "Best in Jewelry & Accessories Posh Party. Where: Poshmark App". So does that mean I cannot use the "Web", or my laptop, to join, but I have to use my iPhone App to join/share? I have six pieces of jewelry and I would like to share these items to the party. PS deep discount for you if you want anything I post. THANK YOU.

kumquattree I'm really not sure if you have to use the App to share to parties. That might be true. Since I'm always on my phone or IPad i never noticed. It is worth it to use the App if thats the way it works. FYI - I live in Chelmsford, MA...I've traveled to Durham for work for the past 4 years. Love that area. Miss the Duke Botanical gardens and the art museum in Raleigh.
