cynthiadonegan @dagmarstone Can you help me - Today I sold several items. Poshmark has an incorrect address and will not allow me to update. I keep getting an error message. Therefore I’m not getting the shipping labels. I contacted online but so far nothing

dagmarstone @cynthiadonegan unfortunately it takes a couple of days for Poshmark to get back to you. I’m having issues myself with something else, which leads me to believe there’s a problem with the app. Try logging out and log back in. That helped me the other day with another problem. They had a crash a few nights ago. Maybe they haven’t ironed out all their issues yet. Will it let you print the labels, and you can correct by hand? If yes, take a picture when you’re done.

dagmarstone @cynthiadonegan you’ll get paid after the customer accepts delivery. Sometimes they don’t. Poshmark will release the funds after4 days. They’ll give you a choice of a check or direct deposit. I do the latter. It’s easier and faster.

natureluva Thank you for accepting! When you reply to a message, it comes up on my News feed. To initiate a message, click on "About" under the Posher's name, then scroll down a bit to "Comment." You can then write your message. Unfortunately, there is no way to send confidential messages that I know of. I hope you enjoy the martini bag. I'm sure you will get a lot of compliments on it--it's so cute! ❤️
