@huntcyndi07 once you get the hang of it, the app is a breeze 🌬. There are several daily parties w/various themes. When you click on "Shop", scrool down to "Party" to find out when the lates party is happening. That's also a great way to see which closet interest you and ones you might follow. I don't want to bombard you too much 😜 Hope that helps🥂🥰 Ambassador Jo 💕

@huntcyndi07 maker sure you are set to receive emails from Poshmark. As soon as someone likes or wants to purchase one of your items Poshmark sends you an email. This helps if you can't look at the App right away.

@hmmmocha just a quick question. Does Poshmark pay the shipping cost out of their 20%? I have some glassware that I want to sell but I’m worried that the postage will eat up my profit

@huntcyndi07 Hi. Poshmark provides a flat rate fee of $7.11 for expedited shipping for all orders. Each order is shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. Multiple items from one seller can be added to the order for the same fee as long as the total weight of the order does not exceed 5 lbs. 😉

@huntcyndi07 yes, you can only share one item at a time. You can't select multiple items to share all at once.

@huntcyndi07 when there is NO PARTY happening, you will only have the option to share your closet with your followers. When there IS A PARTY happening, you will see the name of the party you can share your closet in (provided it relates to the party, the App won't let you share at that party otherwise). You will ALSO have the option to share your closet with your followers.

@hmmmocha I’m sorry to bug you but I have an issue. A shopper who bought a few items from me is harassing me I’ve not responded, but now she is negatively commenting on all my closet items! Her items have not even been received yet and they are new with tags. Where can I get some help to stop this? She should be blocked from acting inappropriately but I cannot find where to report her. Please help, again. Thank you
