cynzi31 @ragamuffin1990 Hi. You offered you assistance when I joined and I do have a question. I made my 1st purchase on Jan 13th and reached out to seller on the 20th when I wasn't seeing shipment info yet. She told me she had shipped it that day. It's been 5 more days now and I still have no shipping info. Total of 12 days since my purchase and it was suppose to be a free "expedited shipping" for my 1st purchase. Is this normal? How long does it take after shipping to get a tracking #? TIA

ragamuffin1990 @cynzi31 That’s not normal at all; Once the package is taken by the USPS, it’s usually scanned the day it’s received or the day after - and the shipping status can be viewed after they scan it. I tried looking up how many days sellers have to ship - I believe due to Covid they’ve increased the timeline to 7-10 days to ship.

ragamuffin1990 @cynzi31 I would click on your purchase and see if you can cancel due to late shipping. If you can’t, contact the seller and inquire about it. If they are no help, contact Posh Support. I’m so sorry you’re having an experience like that! That’s not how most Poshers do things.

cynzi31 @ragamuffin1990 Thank you for your assistance. I thought it was lil ironic she just happen to ship the day I asked about it and was sure it shouldn't take that long to get tracking info afterward! I believe from what I read I can get a refund if no shipping info after the 10 days just disappointed cause course it was the only item listed ANYWHERE of it's type.

cynzi31 @ragamuffin1990 Guess I will check with her again and if don't get straight answer I'll file for refund. Just real bummer I used my 1st time free shipping on it and now will assume lose that 1st time purchase perk. Thanks for letting me know this is not how most poshers do things.

ragamuffin1990 @cynzi31 I’m really sorry that happened. I would contact Posh Support about what happened and just ask for them to give you the free shipping back. I’ve had a lot of great experience with them and it doesn’t hurt to ask!
