Hi Cynthia. I'm sorry you are not happy with the bag you just received. What could I have changed about the description to make it better for you? I would like to learn to make my customer's experience better. Are there issues with the quality of the bag? I don't think it was used much if ever, it should be pretty near perfect. @ckshiraz Thank you for the response. It's patent leather, as described in the title and description, and evident in the photos. I'm sorry it's not what you thought it was, but I believe the description was accurate. I described all the pockets and clip. I could have taken a photo of the interior and given the measurements, and will do that in the future. Those you could have asked for. But you still haven't told me how I could have made the description better to improve.

@ckshiraz Also, just because it's patent leather, doesn't mean it's not leather. For a $500 bag, it most likely is leather.
