cynthiawhite343 @s_closet201 thank you, what do you put for retail price if you can’t find it? For some items all I can find is prices on other selling sites or Poshmark. Do you just put 0? Thanks so much

cynthiawhite343 @s_closet201 Hi honey, I have another question for ya, I sold a Coach backpack at an amazing price and buyer doesn’t want it because she said it smelled like cigarette smoke it came out of my garage, I did not smell it, she also said it was not as described, it is exactly as described and it is not new, what happens now, will Poshmark let her do that and do they decide if it is a good sale? This is my first sale and I am sooo disappointed. Thanks for any advice I really appreciate it. Cynthia

s_closet201 @cynthiawhite343 what did you put in your description did u say what the condition was? I don’t think they can return it from it having a smoke smell to it. If there’s no damage to it she can’t return it. She could mark it as not described and will have to take pictures to send to poshmark. She will explain what’s wrong with it and will take a few days for them the review the return. It does not mean they will approve it. Let poshmark do it’s thing is she try’s to return it.

workingmom314 @cynthiawhite343 Posh Parties are real-time virtual shopping events where users can meet up on Poshmark to shop, share, or sell. In order to share a listing to a Posh Party: The Posh Party must currently be happening. Your listing must fit the Party Guidelines. To share to a party: Display your listing Select Share From the share window, select Share to Party Hope this helps.

workingmom314 @cynthiawhite343 I recommend checking out the “Your Guide to Poshmark” section of the app. There are several articles explaining how to buy and sell. Also search in the “Frequently Asked Questions” since these articles are updated often. My personal hints: For buyers: If you are buying multiple items from one closet bundle them together to save on shipping cost For sellers: Don’t buy boxes but instead get the free ones from your local Post Office or USPS.com Happy Poshing!😊
