thesword1 @russelsan If an item needs to be returned, you have to open a case against me. You have to first exam the item to see if there is a problem with the it. Do not hit the accept button on an the item if you don't want it. Please note that I video all returns for both of us to be protected, especially since the Post Office says delivered and you have not received it. Please check you mail box as soon as you can. If you have any other questions, please check with Poshmark.
