licha2445 @cyrilbenes I take pics of before packing and I have proof I send you what you order 2 pairs of AG JEANS . I do not own any Calvin Klein jeans & I do not want the Calvin Klein slacks. I take video & pics of what people return when opening package for this exact reason. The claim was regarding damage & I apologize for that. instead of you sending me both AG jeans you only returned one . You clearly open a claim for damage. Sorry but it makes no sense.
