madelinebarber @luckystar2110 I called my local post office on Friday. They could not offer an answer, only that it takes 10 days to consider the package lost or stolen. As I’m sure you understand, I am extremely frustrated that there isn’t more they can do. I filed a complaint online with USPS and received a reply today from your local post office telling me that they are also investigating the situation and will let me know shortly. Again I apologize! I will let you know updates as they come to me.

madelinebarber As an update, I recently spoke to someone from your local post office in Michigan. Apparently the package went unscanned at our post office here in Kentucky and hasn’t been scanned since, making it a “missing package”. I’m filing an official report today as it had to go undelivered for 10 days to be considered missing. I will also be speaking with our postmaster to discuss what happened and have them review the camera footage from the day in question.
