If you weren't satisfied with the description, then why didn't you ask me a question at that point? Also, you did see photos of the shoes I took. You can visible see they are a little dirty but the shoes are in good condition. I'm sorry if you are unhappy with your purchase.

She just gave me not the greatest review. But everything was clear and upfront so it didn't make sense why she was complaining about what she was complaining about.
