salt_life_md Hi I am so sorry you received the wrong item. I swapped two shipping labels and sent your tunic to another buyer...that's never happened before. I really do apologize for the inconvenience. I believe Poshmark will send you a return label to send the item back to me. I've contacted the other buyer who has your item and asked her to open a claim so she will get a return label also. As soon as I get it back from her, I will ship it overnight to you. I appreciate your patience - so sorry!

blackberryfarm I am so sorry, but I have frantically been searching for this Eileen Fisher turtleneck shirt in my containers of listed clothes, and cannot find it! I really don't know what else to do but cancel the order. I'm pretty new to Poshmark but I've not had this issue before and not sure how to handle it.
