jvham Hi, I was away and could not get service and was not aware of what was going on after you said you were and going to purchase the shoes. I will accept The 20 but Poshmark won’t let me counter or for you it says it Hass to be 21 or higher so if you want to offer 20 on the shoes again I will take it! boymeetsgirl @maradona86 Hi...yes.. I had another Buyer that had multiple orders. I inadvertently put one of those order's label on your package. The other Buyer will have your package tomorrow. Poshmark has sent that Buyer a label for your package. So that Buyer will be forwarding the package to you.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 I've sent several messages to the Buyer that received them and they have yet to respond, despite having received them on Friday am. Poshmark said the would further reach out to this Buyer today to try to get this resolved. I'm pretty bewildered that this Buyer hasn't responded to my messages, as we've communicated quite a bit in the past month. Anyway, I"m hoping the Buyer's conscience kicks in and they do the right thing. Here's the tracking number: 9405511202061800315375

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 Your funds will be released back to you if this Buyer stays quiet on the matter. You also have the option of cancelling the order. I'm terribly sorry about this. I've had a miss-ship before, but never experienced a Buyer that's refused to give up the item.

(I don't have the tracking info) The Buyer had been very confused about how to forward the package and with guidance from myself and Poshmark, she got the package shipped out. i'm so sorry this has dragged on so long!! I sent 8 messages to this Buyer before she responded, but at least she did finally respond. I'm hoping the package is delivered to you by tomorrow.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 I just asked Poshmark for an updated tracking number. All I can see right now is that the package was received by a post office on the West coast (the incorrect recipient lives in CA). I'll send that to you as soon as I have it.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 I can go to "My Sales" page, and open the "Order Status" drop down window.There's a "Shipped" tab with shipping info. That info shows the following: "October 1, 2020 01:26 pm PT"which means that the package was received by a post office in the Pacific time zone on the day and time. It had gone to CA, so I know the PT refers to CA's time zone.

maradona86 @boymeetsgirl I see the same. there is a tracking number and when I go to usps and type that number it shows label is created in Columbus OH on Sept 19th at 5:46 pm.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 If you use the original tracking number , the USPS site will show that info, but the newer tracking info only shows up on Poshmark. I believe there is probably now an adjunct tracking number, which is what I asked Poshmark for.

maradona86 @boymeetsgirl ok. I see that tracking number with the exact same thing you mentioned which is Oct 1st 1:26 PT but when I type the actual number on usps then I see the OH label. i think we both are seeing the same thing. anyways...hope the glasses are not lost and will show up sometime.

maradona86 @boymeetsgirl No sign of glasses today either. apparently we had a mis ship few weeks ago. two recipients got wrong items, started the inquiry, pm sent right labels to both and when the 2nd label (right re ship) got scanned we received an email about shipment progress and got it updated on PM transaction also. since nothing about re shipping has happenned in this case I truly doubt the other recipient is doing anything about this. now I need my refund.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 I'm emailing Poshmark again about this. They didn't respond to my email from yesterday, and unfortunately it's impossible to actually talk to someone. If you have the ability on your end to cancel the order, you might try that. I've never experienced a mis-ship that winds up mia before. I don't have your funds, Poshmark holds them until the Buyer receives the order, so I don't even have the ability to refund you.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 I just sent another message to PM. My guess is, based on my history with PM, they'll be refunding your money soon..hopefully tomorrow. You might even still get the sunglasses after you are refunded. Maybe the package will be in limbo for weeks and then be delivered. That happened to me once when someone's address changed after the package was shipped. Anyway, they've been pretty good to work with other glitches in the past. They'll definitely reimburse you. And again, I'm so sorry.

boymeetsgirl @maradona86 She told me she mailed it. She had seemed to be very nervous about how to mail the package out, so maybe she didn't adhere the label correctly. Sometimes something seemingly minor (like putting tape over the bar code) throws the transit off course because the scanner can't read the info over the tape and the number has to be hand scanned in. That factor could conceivably delay transit time. Or maybe the label wasn't adhered tightly enough, got damaged and is completely unreadable.

I'm sending a message to Poshmark asking that this order be cancelled. (I don't have the ability to do this on my own). I'll have to re-list the sunglasses. If you're still interested in purchasing the sunglasses , I'll do my best make things up to you for all the drama I dragged you through.
