joelllle @lizzee66 I bought it from Macy’s I wonder if they replace it for you ! I am not sure if the watch repair kiosks at the malls do it I feel so bad I am so sorry ! Please feel free to send it back if you’re not satisfied ! Like I said I haven’t wore for while and I totally forgot to check the battery :( I am sorry

lizzee66 @joelllle girl it’s all good. I was hoping you knew where I can get the batteries. I love the watch it’s gorgeous. I will go there this weekend and see if they can put them in for me. You have been more than kind about it. I thought maybe it being so cold might have depleted the battery.
