Might want to contact poshmark customer support and tell them what happened and see if there is anyway that it can be corrected faster. I will help in anyway i can!

Hi Angie! I am on the phone right now and unfortunately the Las Vegas Post office said that the packages from the time I dropped the package off at about 11:15am this morning are already in route to destination. But the USPS employee did tell me that I can contact the san francisco post office to get the package redirected to you at your address in texas. see next message

@angie61875 OMG it is a nightmare dealing with usps! Called the post office at 94105 like 20 times and no one answered...then called to usps 1800 number and was on hold for 20 minutes then they hung up on me!!! Im at a loss, maybe the poshmark people have a backdoor to usps, cause it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix! Will try calling again tomorrow! Let me know what pm tells u is going on. I am speaking to USPS right now. They are contacting the San Francisco post office at the zip code in which I mailed it. I am having them return the package to me. They said that it could take up to 4 days for it to make it back to my address and a chance that it could slip through the cracks and still be delivered to the original address you had in san francisco. Hopefully that is not the case. see next

While i was doing final cleaning and packaging last night, i realized the tory burch sunglasses needed left arm adjusted. So i was adjusting with eyeglass screwdriver and my hand slipped and i scratched the lower left lens. See next

@jtotten4 ok. I posted 3 pics...the scratch is on the left lower corner when wearing the lenses...the right lens when you have the glasses off and are looking at glasses. It is pretty large, but as i said does not affect vision because its so low and to the side. Totally your call on what u prefer to do. Just let me know!

@jtotten4 also, just so u know the reason why i was attempting to adjust the arm was because the left hand arm is pretty tight, a bit more than desirable. I had planned on addressing it once the item was purchased by just turning the screw a few times, but it appears the screw is stripped so it remains tight. But that is why i had the issue. Just letting u know the full story. My apologies

Hey! If you still want to proceed with the transaction as is. I can replace the tory burch glasses with VGUC Dolce & Gabbana DG 4262 Animal Sunglasses (see my listings) instead. They are actually worth more as dolce is a higher end brand. Then i could just ship off all 3 just as i was planning to prior. Just let me know if that is agreeable to you. Thanks

Hi! I actually shipped them off last night...very securely. First put glasses in plastic bag, then inside versace case, then inside snug fitting cardboard box, then surrounded with tissue paper in a slightly larger box so it cant "rattle around". I think i used some bubble wrap somewhere in there too! i am a pretty ocd shipper cause i worry too! But all should be well. All the best! Dana
