Hello Dagmar, I received your rating. If you notice in the description we did state that a Eur 38 is approximately a 7.5-8. These boots were purchase for me personally I’m a size 8. I listed these as I wanted a taller boot. Disappoint as we strive always for a 5 star. These boots were described precisely . Kindly reconsider your rating.
