poshgaga Hi Dahna, you purchased my jewelry box & couple KIKO items. I'm not able to go to weight needed for label.I'm so sorry, I didn't realize this, I figured commercial label would cover it. It's 18 lbs. It was my mistake. I have not upgraded shipping until your order. It is my fault. I can still send the makeup but I have to cancel order because I can't ship via poshmark due to the system. Please let me know your response. I do apologize.

grammy1524 Hi, bummer. Loved the jewelry box. Not sure how the upgraded or commercial shipping works. If you can't ship it then I'll just cancel order. If it's because upgraded shipping is more perhaps we can see how much it is and maybe go halves? Again not sure how poshmark shipping works on the seller's side.

grammy1524 Hi, I just tried to look at how to upgrade the shipping over 5lbs. It looks like it can be done but it takes the excess cost off of your earnings. I'm not sure if you already printed a normal label and that's why it wont let you upgrade. If it's because of the extra cost to you, again I'm willing to share the cost. If that is it and the extra cost is the same as the make up, just don't send the make up to pay for the extra shipping. Let me know if that's an option.

rjfarley1 Hi, sorry it's taken me today to get the correct answer. approximately,30 bust, 57 lengeth (this is from the top of the shoulder straps) It has a 24 inch side slit. top fold is satin rest soft inside very nice and soft too. hope this helps.
