lisahdj @daiana27 haha you’re so cute! I have to think about it. A new one is about $7000. And while this definitely isn’t in perfect condition it’s still in good shape and so beautiful. I told myself I would only sell it if I got $2200 so even saying I would do it for $1995 is lower than I wanted to go. So let me think about it. I really love this bag so I’m not sure if I want to give it up yet for that price. I’m shipping your sweater tomorrow! It’s adorable! Wear it with white jeans too!

lisahdj Are you sure there’s a hole? Literally I never wore it. Maybe it’s just because of the way the knitting is in that area since it’s a knitted sweater that has large knitting? Hard to explain what I’m trying to say but very surprised the sweater would have a big hole. Maybe readjust the sweater in that area and it will fall into place better?

lisahdj @daiana27 I wish I knew how to refund partial? I know you can request a return which of course I would accept. I feel terrible. I didn’t notice it. Or if you want to purchase something in the future I can credit you the $20 towards that purchase? I don’t know how to do a partial refund. I don’t think they have that. But again, I would totally accept the return which you would get all of your money back.

lisahdj @daiana27 I am going away today for a few days on vacation. I’m not sure what you decided to do about the sweater. I didn’t receive a return request. But I obviously have my phone with me and if I do I of course will accept the request so you can get a refund for it. If you were able to get it fixed that’s great! And please choose something in my closet I can give you a good discount on. Again, I am so sorry! I really never saw it and the sweater was never worn.

lisahdj @daiana27 do you see where it says “problem/order inquiry”? It’s where you accepted the delivery and gave me a rating. At the bottom. If you click on that it should give you an option to return I think.
