3monkeysmom Hi I just checked on the dress and no pleats. Just "gathering " from the elastic around waist gives an awesome pleated look but no ironing needed! Yay!!!! Although you most certainly could iron them to look more defined if you would like! If your interested send me an offer! I love working out awesome deals 💕💕💕
