@lizzaisy0926 Hi there i see that you opened a case due to sizing. I personally believe it's false but I have released the payment to your account. You can send the boots back of you would like but I urge you to donate the boots to goodwill or a homeless shelter. I live in California so I don't get a lot of cold weather.
