projectpapaya Alright, so Poshmark got back to me and said to state ‘item not as described’ so that way you can issue the refund to send the item back!

darroyo1323 @projectpapaya Yes, I contacted them and did that, they wanted additional photos of the contents inside the package which I sent, so hopefully they are able to resolve the issue, thanks for keeping me updated.
