catsjenkai @quezada08 Hi, if you look at the tracking on the item it says las cruces new mexico. I am not sure if you have more than one post office there. It arrived on the 24th

luna990 @quezada08 It measures about 26-28”. But the skirt actually opens up to be one piece and tied together with the belt. So there is no real waist measurement.
