marystohr Contact your seller ASAP and explain what happened. She has the ability to cancel the order for several reasons like damage to item. You had 3 minutes after you ordered to cancel due to error but your seller can cancel now. Let me know if you need more help

marystohr @dvtada Will be listing among others beautiful 14k and diamonds cocktail ring and another wide gold etched band with center stone plus others. Remember in the future if you have an oops order you have 3 minutes to cancel. There is a line that allows you to cancel mistake but only for 3 mins. After that you need seller to do it. Well get it but if no response reach me by around 6 am. Take care.

If you hear from your seller and he asks how to cancel the order tell him to go into his sale and tap on line that says “problem/order inquiry and inside that there is a cancel option. He taps on that and then pick a reason. The order will then cancel and you can then order the correct item.

marystohr @dvtada I just noticed you are in Portland so we’re all in the same time zone. I used to live in Chiloquin near Klamath Falls. Anyhow let’s try to get this fellow before he ships. So much easier than trying to get Poshmark to intervene. At best they have a 24 hour time before they even respond. Been there. And they do have that 3 minute time for buyers to cancel mistaken orders.

marystohr @dvtada Still nothing? Really strange. He’s been around for quite awhile and gets good comments on his products but he’s not being very straight with you. A response would be nice at the very least. He sells real high end, has a very big closet, and he’s acting pretty ghetto with you. Hopefully he will come through. I would suggest that you personally send him another msg.

The one glaring negative I saw in his stats is that since 2016 he only has 30 shares which tells me he’s not a giving posher as we all help each other by sharing listings back and forth to help each other gain more exposure. I think he’s over-focused on his own high end sales to the exclusion of the posh community comaraderie.

marystohr @dvtada I am not a mean person but when the item is received I would accept it and give a 1 star rating with a comment of how disappointed I am he wouldn’t even respond to my requests for help. He does not represent the Poshmark way and he is greedy & unkind. Do not leave the rating blank as that gives him a pass to retain a high average. Rate him 1 star.

It’s the only way he might learn the lovely Posh way. And he was nothing short of greedy and rude to you. You didn’t deserve that. And pls don’t leave the rating blank.
