socalposhaholic Hi - when I submitted my counter it said $24 and free shipping. When I accepted your offer just now it shows $28 plus shipping. Your price was $32 with free shipping. Could you look into this and let me know please? It should be $28 free shipping. It did not display this information to me accurately.

It looks like you can do that right on the order info screen. There isn't anything on our end that shows what it's charging you so I don't think we can reach out on our end. socalposhaholic Hi bearpawgoods - I reached out to Poshmark already and it says a response will be given in about 24 hours. I even sent them a print screen of how it shows free shipping and price $28. I don't know what the time frame is to cancel the order and place a new one. If they don't respond in time, could you do that for me please? I would love to place it again. I really appreciate all your help and responsiveness. Thank you so much!

bearpawgoods @kandice_92116 you may be able to go to the order screen and select cancel order. That is the only way I believe it can be done. I messaged you from that screen. You should be able to click on "problems/order inquiry" and you may be able to cancel it that way.
